There are many reasons why I value the Catholic education that I received at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic School in Pittsburgh, PA, which I attended from first grade through high school. I will name just a few: the teachers and staff truly cared about the students in every way, not just academically; we were instilled with faith in God every day and not just in religion class; we learned respect; we learned how to speak in front of crowds by participating in Mass, and we were encouraged to continue our education after high school.
